What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Are your canvases hand painted?
Yes! Each Daisies at Dawn canvas is hand-painted with care, so slight variations may occur from canvas to canvas.
Are your canvases made to order?
Most of our needlepoint canvases are made to order. Our current turnaround time is approximately 2–3 weeks before shipping. Ready-to-ship items, including needle minders and thread, are not subject to this turnaround time.
Does my canvas come with thread?
Select canvases are available to purchase kitted with threads. If a thread kit is available for a design, the option will be listed directly on the product page.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location as well as products purchased.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes! Daisies at Dawn is always excited to partner with needlepoint shops interested in carrying our designs!
Retailers can apply for a wholesale account through our Wholesale Page. Once approved, you'll be able to browse our collection at wholesale pricing and place orders directly through our website.
We are also available on Faire for retailers who prefer to shop through their platform!

Yes! I love creating custom pieces. Feel free to reach out directly with any custom inquiries, or you can purchase a custom canvas directly through my Etsy shop!
